Instructions for Opening, Completing and Sending
the Pre-Printed Envelope Label Order Form

Opening
Click on the Pre-printed Envelope Label Order Form link
Click “Save” (do not click “Open”)
Select the place on your computer to save the document and click “Save”
Once it says Download Completed, click “Open”
(if the file closes and does not give this option, go to the saved file and open it)

Completing
Complete the form according to the columns listed.  Be sure to fill in your school name.
Click “File” from the task bar
Click “Save” to save the changes you made

Sending
Click “File” from the task bar
Select “Send To” and click on “Mail Recipient (as Attachment)”
Once the email screen appears, type yearbooks@memorybook.com next to “To”
Click “Send”
