Step 1: From the charts below titled “All Color Book” and “Black and white book or black and white book with color pages.” Find the row that applies to your yearbook.

Step 2 : In the column on the left, select the layout program you are using. Move to the next column and select the binding style for your yearbook. While staying in the same row as the layout program and binding style, move to the next column, “Production Time.” This indicates the schedule needed to produce your yearbook according to layout program, color choice and binding style.

Step 3: On the delivery date chart at the bottom of this form, locate the column that corresponds to the schedule indicated. In that column, locate the date and when you would like the yearbooks to arrive at your school and select that date in the Guarantee Delivery Date drop down lists below. Staying in that row, move to the column furthest to the right to find your Deadline Date To Submit All Materials. Select that date in the Deadline Date To Submit All Materials drop down lists below. This is the date we require your pages to arrive at our production facility to ensure we meet your delivery deadline. If your materials are not in our plant by your deadline date we cannot guarantee your delivery date.
